Digital delivery and eligibility

Wardogs Hack licenses deliver digitally after payment confirmation. Because access begins immediately, refunds are limited to cases outlined below.

Submit refund requests within 24 hours of purchase with your order ID and reason.

When refunds may be approved

Duplicate charges, failed delivery despite confirmed payment, or technical activation failures verified by support may qualify for review.

Refund decisions are final. Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in license revocation. See also Terms of Use.

How to request a refund

Email support@wardogshack.com with subject "Refund Request", your order ID, purchase date, and issue summary — or use the Support page.

Approved refunds process back to the original payment method when possible. Pricing details live on Pricing.

Chargebacks and EU consumer rights

Contact support before opening a payment dispute. Unresolved chargebacks may result in immediate license revocation.

EU consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for digital goods — contact us within 14 days if applicable; delivered license keys may limit eligibility.

Partial refunds and processing time

Partial refunds are not offered for partially used license periods unless required by law.

Approved refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
