Delivery and when you qualify

Every Wardogs Hack key arrives by email once payment clears. Access starts the moment you activate it, so refunds only apply in the situations described on this page.

Send any refund request within 24 hours of buying, and include your order ID plus a short reason.

Situations support can approve

A charge billed twice, a key that never arrived despite confirmed payment, or an activation failure support can reproduce all qualify for review.

Decisions on refunds are final. Opening a chargeback before talking to support can end with the license revoked. The Terms of Use cover the full picture.

Where to send your request

Write to [email protected] with "Refund Request" as the subject, then list your order ID, purchase date, and what went wrong. The Support page explains the process too.

Approved refunds go back to the payment method used at checkout whenever the processor allows it. Plan details sit on the Pricing page.

Chargebacks and EU withdrawal rights

Talk to support before you dispute a payment. Chargebacks left unresolved can end in immediate license revocation.

EU customers may hold a statutory right of withdrawal for digital goods, with a 14-day contact window where it applies; a key that has already been delivered can narrow that eligibility.

Partial refunds and payout timing

A partially used license period is not refunded, unless the law in your region requires it.

Once approved, money usually lands within 5–10 business days, set by your bank or card issuer.
