How do I contact support?

Use the Support page or email support@wardogshack.com. Include your order details, package length, and a clear description of the setup issue so replies can be faster.

What to include

An order reference, the symptom in one sentence, and what you have already tried. Those three things convert most tickets into a single reply. Without the order reference nothing can begin, because there is no way to confirm what you bought.

Check these first

• The status page — if a rebuild is in progress, that is your answer
• The setup guide — Defender quarantine and overlay conflicts cover most launch failures

What support cannot resolve

Nobody can reverse a ban, shorten a rebuild, or confirm in advance that a build will stay online. Requests of that shape do not have answers. Delivery problems, licence issues and install failures do.
