Look at the Status page. When a Wardogs or EAC patch touches the package, a maintenance note goes up there first, and it's the quickest way to tell whether the newest Wardogs Hack build is already running.
The Status page tracks our build: online, mid-rebuild, or a note about whatever patch just landed. Patch notes for the game itself live on the developer's own channels. Keep both open after an update, because the patch notes say what changed in WARDOGS and the status note says when Wardogs Hack is safe to load again.
Right after a major game update, and after anti-cheat changes, which don't always land at the same time as a game patch. Between those moments the page sits quiet, so a daily refresh routine buys you nothing.
Silence right after a patch isn't a green light. It can simply mean the situation is still being sized up. When a big update has landed and nothing is posted yet, waiting costs you a session; jumping in early can cost you the account.
